"Carolyn was asked to develop a project to help us understand our use of research and generally to manage knowledge more effectively within our service. She helped to frame the terms of reference and scope of the project, along with the design of an online survey for staff. Carolyn then organised and facilitated two focus groups made up from a range of staff who had expressed an interest in attending when completing the survey.
