Carolyn Barber BSC, CQSW (left) founded Wayfinder Associates as an independent consultancy in 2006.

Carolyn is a social care professional with twenty-five years of experience in public sector, voluntary and community services. She has worked in a variety of roles as practitioner, researcher, teacher and manager, and developed particular expertise in the fields of adolescent development, mental health, and project development.
